Standard pricing for many of my services is listed directly on my booking page —especially for portrait sessions, event coverage, and individual offerings that can be scheduled without a consultation.

I’ve photographed weddings on pirate ships and in cathedrals, themed like Star Wars or rooted in quiet joy. What they all had in common? Real love, in real time.
Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement or a full-on extravaganza, I’ll help you build a package that honors both your day and your budget.
Most weddings fall between $2,500–$5,000, with elopements starting at $1,000. Custom quotes available.

Important Notes
A Few Things to Know Before You Book
Session Scope & Pricing
Base rates apply to individuals, couples, and small immediate families. If you're booking for a larger group, multi-family session, or need branding, commercial, or editorial work, custom pricing will apply. Each session is designed with a specific purpose—combining multiple session types into one isn’t included unless discussed ahead of time.
Travel Fees
I’m based in the Denver metro area, but I’m always open to travel. Sessions outside this region may include a travel fee—just reach out for a quote based on your location.
Giving Back
Each year, I donate up to three photography sessions to charitable events or organizations. Once those spots are filled, all additional work is billed at standard rates. If your project has a mission that moves me, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Booking & Payment
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due before image delivery. Please note that calendar glitches can occasionally happen—your session isn’t confirmed until you receive official booking confirmation from me.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens—I get it. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Retainers are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may be subject to additional fees.
For outdoor sessions, weather decisions are made together—typically the day before or morning of. If we need to reschedule due to weather, there’s no extra charge.
Final Images
All sessions include high-resolution digital images delivered via an online gallery. Turnaround time is usually 2–3 weeks unless otherwise discussed. Prints, albums, and other products are available as add-ons, and rush delivery options may be available upon request.
Usage Rights
Portrait sessions include personal-use rights only. If you're planning to use your images for branding, marketing, editorial, or promotional purposes, we’ll need to set up a commercial agreement with the proper licensing. Just let me know your intentions—we’ll make sure you’re covered.
