Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Sessions are not held without payment.
Booking through the online calendar does not guarantee availability until confirmed. While I do my best to keep everything up to date, occasional calendar conflicts can occur. If there’s ever an issue, I will reach out directly to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the session. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with proper notice.
All sessions take place in-studio at Roxie’s Retro Studio in Thornton, Colorado, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund or reschedule.
Each session includes a set number of edited images as outlined at the time of booking. Additional images may be purchased separately.
Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within two weeks of your session, unless otherwise arranged. Galleries remain active for 90 days—please download and back up your files during that time.
All images remain the copyright of Roxie Anderson Productions and may not be altered or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Clients receive personal-use rights to download and share their images.
Studio rentals (for photographers) require prior approval and are subject to separate terms. Renters must provide their own lighting and equipment.
By booking, you agree to these terms and grant permission for Roxie Anderson Productions to use images from your session for portfolio, social media, and promotional use, unless otherwise requested in writing.
