A non-refundable 25% retainer is required at the time of booking to hold your session. This retainer is separate from the session balance and will be applied toward your total.
Please note: Booking through the online calendar does not guarantee availability until confirmed. While I do my best to keep everything up to date, calendar glitches can happen. If there’s ever a conflict, I’ll reach out directly to reschedule or refund your retainer.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the retainer. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
For outdoor sessions, weather-related reschedules are always an option and will be handled case by case.
The remaining balance is due at the time of your session. No images will be released until payment is made in full.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without refund or reschedule.
Edited images will be delivered via online gallery within two weeks of your session, unless otherwise arranged. Galleries remain active for 90 days—please download and back up your files during that time.
All images remain the copyright of Roxie Anderson Productions and may not be altered or used commercially without written permission. Clients receive personal-use rights to download and share their images.
Sessions outside the Denver Metro area may include a travel fee. Reach out in advance for a custom quote.
By booking, you agree to these terms and grant permission for Roxie Anderson Productions to use images from your session for portfolio, social media, and promotional use—unless otherwise requested in writing.
